Henna is an earthy paste that dyes your skin to make a temporary tattoo. It is used in traditional settings in multiple South Asian cultures for weddings and functions. However, some people also like to have it on their body just for fun! I got into henna art during quarantine as a creative outlet and I fell in love with it. It essentially allows me to be released from the world and transforms me into reminiscing my favorite memories about my heritage and loved ones from India. I also love exploring new design and testing them on friends so if you ever catch me in San Diego I'd love to try some henna on you!
